If Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs made their debut red carpet appearance at Met Gala, where will Kristen Stewart be?
It is Seoul far Seoul good for Chanel’s latest muse of 2015 eyewear collection.
Forgetting about Met Gala, it must have slipped off (eight years old) Karl Lagerfeld‘s mind that the day of his cruise show clashed with annual fashion Olympics. Making a few changes to suit the Asian theme, his darling Cara Delevingne (seen at Met Gala) was replaced by Korean-American model, Soo Joo Park. Retiring from the runways, the Chanel n°5 supermodel Gisele Bündchen sat in the front row for the first time.
At Zaha Hadid’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul, the colourful pop collection of Chanel’s Cruise 2016 also welcomed long-time-no-see Tilda Swinton. In the thousand-people crowd, there is Chanel’s male model Gaspard Ulliel, sitting near to familiar Japanese artists like Rinko Kikuchi and Namie Amuro. The electrifying K-pop wave also brought international editors over to cover the exciting future of Chanel’s international movement. Don’t throw kimchi at yourself if you are not in Seoul, thank Vogue Korea for posting up the cruise show on social media! 감사합니다 Kam sa ham ni da!
